Pneumatic exhausters

main advantages:

immediate taking destemmer rejects away from the working area without need of manpower
stalk conveying to the needed distance
safe and easy to use
suitable for any type of vertical and horizontal destemmer

The stalk exhauster can be installed on the especially designed structure, or on wall mounting, or on columns/bases already present in the winery.

The exhauster choice should take into account, besides the requested capacity, also the conveying distance, the destemmer type, the lift and the loss of head.

The pneumatic stalk exhauster is manufactured in the following sizes:

AR 300	5,5	for destemmers with capacity up to 15 t/h
AR 350	9,2	for one or more destemmers with capacity up to 30 t/h
AR 400	11	for one or more destemmers with capacity up to 45 t/h
AR 450	15	for one or more destemmers with capacity up to 60 t/h
AR 500	22	one or more destemmers with capacity up to 100 t/h
Length of horizontal conveying pipe shouldn’t exceed 50 m.
